RETURN POLICY

IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU ARE VERY WELCOME TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. SEND AN EMAIL TO INFO@GROUPEDAMIS.COM CONTAINING YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REASON OF RETURN. IN CASE YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM, REQUEST A REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT COVER SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS.

REFUNDS

IN CASE A REFUND IS REQUESTED WE WILL CREDIT THE TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. IT MAY TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND DEPENDING ON YOUR PAYMENT PROVIDER. A STORE CREDIT CAN BE REQUESTED AS WELL. THIS WILL BE PROCESSED FASTER AND CAN BE USED DIRECLY.
